    I thank God for Dr. Crandall. I heard him on TBN sharing his testimony in April I believe this year and it set my soul on fire. So reading this book is a blessing for me. It keeps me focus on the foods I need to continue to incorporate in my daily eating. I Praise the Lord for the gift and wisdom the Holy Spirit imparted into this doctor.     It is too short and ends abruptly. I learned that detailed lipid profile is needed to really learn about my cholesterol level. The size of cholesterol particles was new info. Other info about bit d and foods rich in d is available on internet.
