Wow! I highly recommend this book to anyone who is looking for a change in their life style! I transitioned to a plant based diet about two years ago and still learning of the benefits of a plant based diet. This book provided me with great information on what foods to eat to prevent a variety of health problems. For example, the book explains the importance of enzymes and probiotics when it comes to restoring our health. I found this book to be very informative and the authors did a great job keeping the material simple to read. Great material!

Alex had done it again! I love these little books; so easy to read and full of great information. I especially enjoyed this one, because I used to suffer from a lot of digestive issues and I have found this information to be spot on! Along with the great information are tips and tricks to changing your diet and what you should and should not eat in respect to certain conditions.

Very good read! I like how short yet informative it was. I started eating a plant based diet a little over a month ago so little books like this help reassure what and what not to put in your body. The information was easy to understand and apply. Highly recommended book!
